Multi-Workspace Notion Support Is Here

Blocky now supports multiple Notion workspaces per account.

You’re no longer limited to a single workspace connection. You can now connect more than one Notion workspace, then use data sources from any of the workspaces you’ve linked.

This makes it much easier to:

  • Keep personal and team workspaces separate
  • Build widgets from multiple client workspaces
  • Manage cross-workspace dashboards from one Blocky account

What This Means for Data Sources

After connecting multiple workspaces, Blocky can load and use data sources across those connected workspaces.

That means your charts, flashcards, quotes, and other datasource-powered widgets can now be configured with content from the specific workspace you choose.

Notion Connection Limits by Plan

Based on current plan limits:

  • Free: 1 Notion workspace connection
  • Standard: 2 Notion workspace connections
  • Pro: 5 Notion workspace connections

Rollout Summary

This release includes the account-linking and data-access updates needed to safely support multiple connected Notion workspaces without overriding existing connections.

If you already use Blocky with Notion, you can now start linking additional workspaces and use their data sources inside your widgets.

To connect additional workspaces navigate to the Settings page and click Connect Notion button at the top of the page. Settings
